Surfline FORECAST
BRIEF OVERVIEW: A small mix of southerly swells, as well as local northwest windswell, will provide contestable conditions throughout the contest holding period. The lightest wind and cleanest conditions will be found in the early mornings Thursday and Friday, with moderate to strong onshore west wind building for the afternoons.

THURSDAY 1st
SWELL/SURF: Small S swell builds further, with peaky NW windswell also picking up for 2-3’ occ. 4’ surf (chest-shoulder high on the larger waves). It will be most consistent with the tide push through the morning (and starting drained out and somewhat inconsistent early, with the extreme low tide).

WIND: Light/variable to light W wind in the early morning, with W to WNW wind building to moderate/strong levels for the afternoon.

TIDE:
5:45 AM PDT Sunrise
7:05 AM PDT 0.37 feet Low Tide
1:52 PM PDT 3.99 feet High Tide
7:03 PM PDT 2.48 feet Low Tide
8:06 PM PDT Sunset

FRIDAY 2nd
SWELL/SURF:S swell slowly eases as soft, peaky NW windswell holds. Look for more 2-3’ surf, with occasional waves to 4’.

WIND: Light/variable in the early morning, with W wind building to moderate/strong levels for the afternoon.

TIDE:
12:41 AM PDT 4.16 feet High Tide
5:45 AM PDT Sunrise
7:35 AM PDT 0.80 feet Low Tide
2:32 PM PDT 4.12 feet High Tide
8:06 PM PDT Sunset
8:17 PM PDT 2.45 feet Low Tide

SATURDAY 3rd
SWELL/SURF: Decreasing S swell, easing NW windswell and a small, new SSW swell. Surf is mainly in the 2-3’ range with occasional plus sets.

WIND: S wind in the morning and possible morning sickness. Then SW flow for the afternoon at light to moderate strength.

TIDE:
1:32 AM PDT 3.56 feet High Tide
5:46 AM PDT Sunrise
8:06 AM PDT 1.23 feet Low Tide
3:16 PM PDT 4.31 feet High Tide
8:06 PM PDT Sunset
9:53 PM PDT 2.25 feet Low Tide
